Hi! My name is Amber, I am 28 and I am a resident of South Lake Tahoe, California. I recently graduated from college with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. I created this blog to help new (and old) college students understand that cooking can be fun and easy, and also easy on their wallets! I know how intimidating it can be in the kitchen if, like me, you didn't take the time to learn how to cook by helping your mom make family dinners before you left for college! I hope that my efforts will help college kids around the country become more comfortable in the kitchen, and have some fun while cooking! I, like my readers, am still learning new things in the kitchen everyday and discovering simple but delicious recipes that will be given a permanent spot in my recipe journal.
